- Amendments to Terms and Conditions
2.1 We reserve the right to amend the Website, its content, and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
2.2 The version of these Terms that applies to your order is the version in force at the time your order is accepted (see section 3).
- The Contract and Description / Specification of Goods
3.1 By placing an order on the Website, you make an offer to purchase goods from us. We will send an email acknowledging receipt of your order (“Order Received”).
3.2 A legally binding contract is formed only when we email you to confirm acceptance of your order (“Order Confirmed”).
3.3 We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order (including after “Order Received”) for reasonable reasons, including (without limitation): stock availability, suspicion of fraud, an invalid/incomplete delivery address, or where we reasonably believe we cannot fulfil the order.
3.4 Product images on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from images shown (including colour, finish, and minor design details). Any accessories shown are included only if expressly stated in the product description.
3.5 We make every effort to display product colours and finishes accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device will display colours precisely.
3.6 Unless stated otherwise, measurements and specifications are approximate and provided in good faith.
- Orders and Payment
4.1 Orders can be placed via the Website only.
4.2 Delivery charges (if any) are displayed at checkout. Free delivery applies to orders over £30, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
4.3 Payment is normally required in full at the time of ordering. For certain products (for example, pre-orders or special orders), we may offer a deposit and later balance payment if clearly stated at checkout or agreed in writing.
4.4 We use secure payment facilities.
We accept the following payment methods: American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, Mastercard, Google Pay, Visa, UnionPay.
4.5 Discount codes and promotional prices apply only during the stated period and subject to any conditions shown.
4.6 Prices are shown in GBP (£). If any taxes are applicable and charged by us, they will be included and/or shown at checkout.
4.7 Once your order is confirmed, changes may not be possible and may cause delays.
- Delivery and Transport
5.1 Estimated Delivery Times
Processing time before dispatch: 1-2 days (Monday to Friday)
Transit time after dispatch: 4-13 days (Monday to Friday)
Total estimated delivery time: 5-15 days (Monday to Friday)
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier performance, customs processing, peak periods, or other factors outside our control.
- 5.3 Your order may arrive in more than one delivery.
5.4 We currently deliver throughout the UK.
5.5 Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring it is accurate and complete.
5.6 Address changes: we may be able to change your delivery address if you contact us within 24–48 hours after the order is placed and before dispatch. After dispatch, changes may not be possible.
5.7 Tracking: delivery is generally provided with tracking updates only (no fixed time slot).
5.8 Damage / missing parts on arrival: please inspect your goods upon delivery. Any damage or missing items should be reported as soon as reasonably possible, ideally with photos/videos.
5.9 Access restrictions: deliveries are subject to safe and reasonable access. If delivery fails due to restricted access, incorrect address details, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional costs may apply for re-delivery.
5.10 Events outside our control: we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, carrier disruption, customs delays, strikes, supplier failure). We will do our best to keep you informed.
- Cancellation and Returns (Consumers / B2C)
This section applies only if you are a consumer (buying outside your trade, business or profession).
6.1 Right to cancel (cooling-off period): you may cancel your contract within 30 days after the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason.
6.2 To cancel, email us at support@aristopaws.uk and include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
6.3 Return deadline: if you cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.
6.4 Return costs: you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the goods are faulty or we agree otherwise in writing.
6.5 Condition of returns / diminished value: you may inspect the goods as you would in a physical shop. You must not use the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
6.6 Packaging and contents: Original packaging should be returned where reasonably possible. All included parts and accessories must be returned.
6.7 Refunds: if you cancel and return goods in accordance with this section, we will refund:

the price paid for the goods; and

the cost of standard outbound delivery (if you paid for delivery).
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence you have sent them back (whichever is earlier). If you chose a premium delivery option, we refund only the cost of standard delivery.
6.8 Refund method: refunds are made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- Business Customers (B2B)
7.1 If you purchase as a business, the consumer cancellation rights in section 6 do not apply. Any cancellation, return, or refund is subject to our written agreement.
- Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed Goods (Legal Rights)
8.1 Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights. If goods are faulty, damaged, or misdescribed, contact us at support@aristopaws.uk with your order number and supporting photos/videos.
8.2 Where appropriate, we will offer a remedy such as replacement parts, replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
- Warranty
9.1 We offer a 2-year commercial warranty on eligible products (where stated on the product page). This is in addition to (and does not limit) your statutory rights.
9.2 The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, failure to follow instructions, unauthorised modification/repair, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
9.3 Spare parts may be available on request, depending on the product.
- Taxes, Duties and Import Charges
10.1 All prices include applicable UK VAT. No additional customs charges will be due upon delivery.
- Limitation of Liability
11.1 We do not exclude or limit liability for:

death or personal injury caused by negligence;

fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.2 Subject to 11.1, we are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
11.3 For business customers, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Intellectual Property
12.1 All content on the Website (including text, images, videos, logos and design) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any Website content without our prior written consent.
- Complaints and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

13.2 If we cannot resolve your complaint through our internal process, you may be entitled to use Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). We are not obliged to use ADR, but we will consider ADR on a case-by-case basis.

13.4 The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform has been discontinued and is no longer available.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
14.1 These Terms and any contract between you and us are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
14.2 The courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your order.
- General
15.1 If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and effect.
15.2 If we do not enforce a right, it does not mean we waive that right.
15.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your order.
